Good room, excellent service. Rooftop pool with river view is special. Exceptional staff. Comfy bed, nice bath tubs. Convenient location for river travel. No traffic before noon. Bangkok has art, music, food, theater, silk tailors. Nice facilities, friendly staff, central location.

The location was superb, right on the River with great views. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and massage places nearby. The rooftop pool was fantastic. The Riverview room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the ferry stop. Close to Khao San Road and easily accessible to the Grand Palace. The staff was friendly and allowed early check-in. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

This place was fairly clean and had very good stuff and location. Enjoyed its restaurant especially around the al fresco area, nice bonus, especially when its hot outside.

The welcome was warm, breakfast delicious, riverside view with large balcony, well-situated near attractions, friendly and efficient staff, fantastic city view room.

I liked the property and fantastic staff and location. The rooms with balcony overlooking river and the AC plus air conditioning turned on in the room.

My stay was relaxing, I liked that it was spotless throughout, with nice views and ideal lovation close enough to the river. Lovely bedrooms and comfy beds.

I had a wonderful stay at a riverside accommodation in Bencoke. The view from the restaurant during breakfast was truly amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. The river-facing rooms were worth the price, but I opted for a quieter fifth floor side room, which was just as comfortable. I highly recommend enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony in the early mornings - it's a peaceful way to start the day. The service was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, with a 7/11 shop and ATM downstairs, and easy access to the ferry jetty and waterfront restaurants.

Liked good location and rooms of the hotel. Particularly nice view, a nice balcony, comfortable bed, too. Within walking distance of a palace and a national park. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Nai Soi Noodle that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Cosy accommodation, accommodating staff, fab location right next to pier 13 where you can Hop on Hop off the river boats. Well-stocked unit. I liked sitting on my big balcony. The stay was really comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at this riverside hotel. The location was perfect for us party people, being very close to the vibrant Khao San Road area. We loved being right opposite a lively pub with live music, adding to the excitement of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. Plus, we enjoyed the view of the river from our balcony.

We were disappointed that there was no separate shower in the room.

One aspect of the hotel fell short in terms of service. Despite the otherwise positive experience, there were some issues with the hotel's handling of credit card deposits and miscommunication with payment arrangements, causing some inconvenience and frustration for guests.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff was also incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was situated near a picturesque bridge and offered stunning views. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool which was a unique and enjoyable experience.

The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable and felt as stiff as a board. We were also disappointed with the level of service, as it did not live up to the resort standard we had hoped for.

The location is perfect! Hotel backs onto hop on hop off boat, best way to get to tourist attractions. Staff friendly and helpful, giving transportation and travel advice. Luggage storage and showers available for late flights. Lovely rooms, with a pool area. Highly recommended.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right by the river and close to all the main sightseeing spots. It's so convenient to have the water taxis and tourist boats right at the dock.

The riverfront location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. I loved taking the ferry in the morning, saving me time and hassle. The basic room I stayed in was surprisingly nice, with a great view of the river. The pool was a nice bonus, and I enjoyed a few relaxing days by the water. The nearby seafood restaurant with craft beer was a great find. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely book here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved how this place is centrally located and right on the river with easy access to transportation options - perfect for sightseeing and visiting bars around here. Plus, the staff is super helpful and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. The rooms were clean with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and the setup of the bar/lounge area was great for enjoying a drink or two before heading out.

Convenient location near tourist area, rooftop pool for hot days, close to river taxis, peaceful retreat. Quiet 5th floor room, perfect end to Thailand visit. Amazing pool area, chilled atmosphere. Lovely breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location, easy access to Kao San road and Rambutri. My go-to place in Bangkok.
